We found what we needed after asking the cashier, who was very busy with a line of about 7 customers and no help in sight. We purchased fencing and needed help loading it. She informed us we would have to wait several intestinal as there were only 3 employees working. That was a shame as it's a beautiful spring Saturday and it seemed everyone was ready to shop. Would've been a good day to have all hands on deck!...maybe they actually did and that's just all they truly had. We like Tractor Supply and will shop there again. A few minutes is not asking too much to wait for the purchase we made. Just thought it odd to only have 3 working on such a busy day.

Had the parts for my mower that I needed at a decent price kept me from having me to order them online and wait for it to come in.

I have been a loyal customer of Tractor Supply for many years, making multiple trips per week for feed, fencing, and supplies. The quality of service, product selection, and stock availability at this store continues to degrade. The past several visits, we have needed a load out from the yard for farm supplies. Even when the store is not busy, it is next to impossible to get assistance. Wait times of 30 minutes to an hour or more are common. Today, with very little customers in store, I waited for over 45 minutes to have some stall mats loaded, and never got assistance. The gate was open, and at over 100lbs each, I carried them out myself and loaded them. I have never experienced issues with Buchheits, and would highly recommend doing your shopping there instead.
